What

DNA is made up of a 4 letter alphabet (A, T, C, G) with complementary base pairings (A ↔ T and C ↔ G). RNA uses Uracil (U) instead of Thymine (T), so RNA pairings are A ↔ U and C ↔ G. This is the classic game of Concentration reimagined for teaching about DNA and RNA base pairing. Toggle between DNA and RNA modes to learn both!

How

This game uses JavaScript to control the game dynamics. When a user clicks a card it flips to reveal a base letter. Click a second card — if the two bases are complementary pairs, they stay face-up. If not, both flip back. Match all pairs to win! Choose between three difficulty levels and DNA or RNA mode.
